Returns and Refund Policy
One of our key values here at Everything Mirror is the ‘no questions asked’ returns policy. We know buying products online can be problematic, however, we reassure our customers with the peace of mind, that if the product is not to your taste, we will collect and refund you the full amount.
Buying from Everything Mirror is risk free!
Please be advised that deliveries to the below postcodes will not be possible within our Free Delivery policy and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders:
(PA20 to PA78 and PA36), (IV4,6,14), (IV15 to IV29), (IV33,34,35), (IV37 to IV63), (KW, HS, ZE, IM, JE, GY), (PH36 to PH44), (PO30 to PO36), (KA27 and KA28), (TR21 to TR25).

Everything Mirror understands how important the delivery solution is, so we have chosen our delivery partner very careful due to the fragile nature of the products. Everything Mirror has entrusted Fragilistics, the UK’s only dedicated mirror delivery company, to fulfil the orders. Fragilistics has a proven delivery track record in delivering mirrors and it ensures the products arrive in the correct condition. Fragilistics deliver 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) between 8am and 8pm.
When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details including an accurate postcode, mobile phone number and an up to date e-mail address. You will be notified of delivery times via text and e-mail.
If you are not going to be present to accept the delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended, please notify us prior to delivery in writing (post, email) or leave a signed note in a secure place to this effect.
Smaller items will be sent via UK Mail. On the day of delivery, you will be sent a text message in the morning giving you an hour window of your delivery. Please leave a mobile number for this facility or reply to this email with one if you haven't already done so. If the delivery should not be fulfilled then you will receive details via card and text for arranging re-delivery.
To enable us to offer free delivery across the UK mainland, Fragilistics offer a one man delivery service. For some of the larger items, the driver may require your assistance to safely lift the product from the vehicle into your home. Please inform us at the earliest opportunity if this is not suitable.

Cancelling your order
At Everything Mirror, we understand that buying large products for the home or office online can be troublesome. However, we offer a “no questions asked” cancellation policy before and after the delivery.
Within 14 days of receiving the product, you can arrange to cancel your order. This can be completed over the phone with one of our telephone representatives, or via email.
To be able to process this, we will require your full name, delivery address, mobile telephone number, the product, the order number, and the reason for the return (if faulty).
If the product is damaged, an exchange can also be arranged. Alternatively, if you feel the product is not suitable, please contact our sales representatives who will be able to guide you through over 700 of our mirrored products to find a suitable replacement.
The collection and exchange of the product will be completed again by Fragilistics, our trusted fulfilment partner.
