We use a speciliast carrier called Fragilistics to fulfill our deliveries. They
service the UK Mainland every week by fulfilling to certain areas on set days every week. Below you will
find a map broken down into the postcode areas within the UK, the delivery area that they fall into and, the
dedicated delivery schedule for that area.
We endeavor to deliver all goods within 6 working days although some products may take longer. Orders
received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Fragilistics
deliver to every UK postcode at least once a week except (PA20 to PA78), (IV4,6,14), (IV15 to IV29),
(IV33,34,35), (IV37 to IV63), (KW, HS, ZE, IM, JE, GY), (PH36 to PH44), (PO30 to PO36), (KA27 and KA28),
(TR21 to TR25) (Northern and Southern Ireland) (please call for information on delivery possibilities to
these postcodes as there will be a delivery charge to these areas pending on the size of the mirror and area
you are in. There will also be a charge for exchanges for these areas) and twice a week for central London
(click Fragilistics logo below for Delivery Map). Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail and be notified of the expected delivery day(s) Fragilistics will confirm your delivery day via text,
providing you have supplied your mobile number, and e-mail the day before the delivery is due and on the day
of delivery will send an estimated time window at which point you will be able to track the order
Placing Your Order
When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details including
an accurate postcode, mobile phone number and an up to date e-mail address. You will be notified of
delivery times via text and e-mail.
If you are not going to be present to accept the delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended,
please notify us prior to delivery in writing (post, email) or leave a signed note in a secure place to
Smaller items will be sent via UK Mail. On the day of delivery, you will be sent a text message in the
morning giving you an hour window of your delivery. Please leave a mobile number for this facility or
reply to the confirmation email you receive with one if you haven't already done so. If the delivery
should not be fulfilled then you will receive details via card and text for arranging re-delivery.
To enable us to offer free delivery across the UK mainland, Fragilistics offer a one man delivery
service. For some of the larger items, the driver may require your assistance to safely lift the product
from the vehicle into your home. Please inform us at the earliest opportunity if this is not
Once your order is placed we will endeavour to deliver this to you as soon and as safely as possible.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or
abnormal traffic restrictions. Mirror Outlet are open 7 days a week and Fragilistics deliver all year
round with the exception of the holiday period between Christmas and New Year. Deliveries will cease on
the day prior to Christmas eve and resume on the 1st working day after New year.

Delivery by Fragilistics
Our deliveries are carried out by our specialised mirror glass courier called Fragilistics. It is a one
man delivery service. For large items / mirror-glass, the driver will require assistance in getting the
item from the van to the property. Please note the drivers are only permitted to carry out ground floor
deliveries. For deliveries to apartments where communal stairs need to be negotiated in order to access
the property, the drivers will assist where possible subject to unencumbered access. (Our Delivery
company or Driver are not liable for any damage caused to the mirror or property while assisting further
than the front door). Fragilistics are a pro-active company and will always endevour to assist where
possible. Where access is restricted the delivery drivers reserve the right to refuse assistance on
safety grounds. In the event of a customer being unable/unwilling to assist, the item will be returned
to us and you will be contacted in due course by a member of our dispatch team.

We will attempt to cancel the order prior to dispatch, however, if the dispatch process cannot be stopped
in time before delivery of the goods we will email back to you with a collection date. We will then

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is
