Exchanges
Your order doesn’t look right? No problem – simply email sales@mirroroutlet.co.uk with details of the item you’d like to exchange for & we will sort the rest! In the 1st instance, take a picture of the original item all boxed as it arrived and attach to your email.
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries - simply let us know at sales@mirroroutlet.co.uk with an accompanying image of the item all packaged as arrived and we will take care of everything. As soon as we are able to collect the order, we will issue a refund, which should arrive back in your account once your bank has processed the refund.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your item arrives in anything other than perfect condition, simply email us with details and images and we will advise of the options as soon as possible. In all cases, please keep the original packaging.
