 Cancelling your order

At MirrorOutlettrade, we understand that buying large products for the home or office online can be troublesome. However, we offer a policy before and after the delivery.

Within 14 days of receiving the product, you can arrange to cancel your order. This can be completed over the phone with one of our telephone representatives, or via email.

To be able to process this, we will require: your full name, delivery address, mobile telephone number, the product, the order number, and the reason for the return (if faulty).

If the product is damaged, an exchange can also be arranged. Alternatively, if you feel the product is not suitable, please contact our sales representatives who will be able to guide you through over 700 of our mirrored products to find a suitable replacement.

To be able to process any exchange or collection. The item will need to be put back in its original packaging.
