Delivery

Are your mirrors in Stock?

Yes, All of our mirrors are in physical stock in our own Warehouse in the UK.

Is delivery free

Yes, absolutely to the whole of the UK Mainland.

Can I choose a delivery day/Slot

We only sell and deliver glass products which are Fragile and cannot be sent by your traditional next day parcel Carrier. We use a specialist carrier (Fragilistics) who will advise of the delivery day and 3 hour window. Our carrier travels from one depot in Lincolnshire to avoid extra handling and damage.

What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?

In the very rare event that your item is damaged simply let us know and we will arrange to exchange it as soon as possible

How Quick is Delivery?

We deliver to every UK mainland postcode every week. Your delivery day will depend on when you order but we attempt to deliver within 2 to 9 days. The delivery timeframe is highlighted on each product page.

Can Delivery be tracked?

Of course.Once the delivery has been loaded and is on the way you will receive detailed delivery info and tracking info by email.

I’m a teacher or have very restrictive ability to be at home to accept delivery, what are my options.

Due to the complexities with the items we sell, please ensure you can have someone at your address with the flexibility required before you order.

Can I ask the delivery Driver to unbox the mirror on delivery?

Our delivery partners do not have the capacity to accommodate this, should you have any issues post-delivery please contact us and we will take the appropriate action.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

For all items under 100cm x 70cm we use APC to deliver on a next day service. If you miss your delivery you will be contacted by APC for you to arrange to collect the box. For all other mirrors we use Fragilistics’, The UK’s only dedicated mirror and glass delivery service. If we haven’t been able to talk to you by phone to arrange a safe place to leave the product we do reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee to contribute to the huge costs of returning the item to our warehouse, unloading, re-routing, re loading and re delivering. We do request that you ensure that your contact information given at the point of order is current and you stay available on the delivery day allocated to you.

Will the delivery driver take the mirror to the room of my choice?

Our delivery partners are only permitted to deliver to the threshold of the ground floor. In order for this to happen there has to be safe parking available. Where there is no parking our partners revert to kerbside delivery. For Apartments and Flats, the ground floor is the point of entry not the floor you reside on.

Are all your mirrors glass?

Yes, we only sell products with premium silver mirror glass.

Do you offer installation?

No, I’m afraid not but there are various online tutorials available to assist you on our Youtube Channel

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Can I Cancel my order?

Yes of course, simply contact us to arrange.

How do your returns work?

If you wish to return your order due to damage to the product please simply contact our customer service team and we will arrange as soon as possible and refund you once the product is back with us. If you wish to return your order due to a change of mind (unwanted) then please contact our customer service team and we will arrange to collect and refund less the relevant collection fee of £25. The cost of £25 applies to all orders before the 1st July 2024.

Orders after the 1st July 2024, the purchased mirror was within our '90 days free returns policy*. The 90 days applies from the point of delivery. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the sellable condition with clear re-packaging tape. If the product isn't in suitable condition the return request won't be accepted as photos of the re-packaged mirror will need to sent across for approval to the customer service team. The collection address will also need to be the same address as the original delivery address with all 'damage' returns being noted in the inital 30 days delivery period. 

What happens if the mirror I order doesn’t fit or is too big?

We would urge you to measure all aspects of your room and access prior to ordering. Should our carriers have to fail the delivery for this reason then we reserve the right to apply a failed delivery charge.

Do I need to keep my packaging for a return?

It is essential that all original packaging is used for a return. Please unpack with care to preserve the packaging.
